Khalil Shakir recorded 12 receptions for 82 yards. James Cook finished with 46 rushing yards on 15 carries as Jacksonville limited the running game.
Buffalo took the lead late in the fourth quarter. Allen completed a 36 yard pass to Brandin Cooks before the two minute warning. He converted a fourth down quarterback sneak for 10 yards on the same drive. Allen then scored on a 1 yard rushing touchdown to give Buffalo the lead.

Jacksonville regained possession with a chance to respond. Trevor Lawrence attempted a pass on first down. Tre’Davious White tipped the ball at the line. Safety Cole Bishop intercepted the pass to secure the win for Buffalo.
Lawrence completed 18 of 30 passes for 207 yards. He threw three touchdowns and two interceptions. Touchdown passes went to Brian Thomas Jr., Parker Washington, and Travis Etienne. Washington caught seven passes for 107 yards. Etienne and Bhayshul Tuten combined for 118 rushing yards on 14 carries.

Allen absorbed multiple hits throughout the game. He entered the medical tent twice in the first half and once in the second half. He returned to the field after each evaluation and did not miss a snap. He took contact to the head, hand, and leg during separate plays.
Buffalo safety Jordan Poyer was ruled out with a hamstring injury early in the third quarter. Wide receiver Gabe Davis injured his left knee in the fourth quarter and exited the game. Jacksonville right guard Patrick Mekari left with a back injury. Left guard Ezra Cleveland rotated snaps with rookie Wyatt Milum after sustaining an injury.
The Josh Allen Bills road playoff win improved Buffalo to 13 and 5. The Bills will travel to Denver to face the top seed in the divisional round on Saturday.
