Chris Boswell missed his first extra point of the season. That miss kept the margin at two points and gave Baltimore one last possession.
Loop had made 30 of 33 field goals before the final attempt. He said the miss was due to a mishit.
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin earned his 193rd regular season win, tying Chuck Noll for the most in franchise history.
Baltimore safety Kyle Hamilton left the game in the third quarter with a concussion. Pittsburgh’s passing offense picked up momentum after his departure.
